We stand behind the quality of our Soil Tester. That’s why every purchase is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty.
If your Soil Tester develops a defect in materials or workmanship during normal household or gardening use, we’ll repair or replace it in accordance with the terms below.
What’s Covered
Our Lifetime Warranty covers manufacturing defects that affect the normal function of the Soil Tester, including:
- Defects in the meter or internal measuring mechanism
- Faulty probes under normal use
- Defects in switches, controls, or housing
- Product failure caused by a manufacturing defect
The warranty applies to the original purchaser for as long as they own the product.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic scratches, discoloration, or surface damage
- Damage caused by misuse, accidents, drops, crushing, or improper storage
- Damage caused by forcing the probes into hard soil, rocks, or other solid materials
- Corrosion or damage caused by improper cleaning or prolonged exposure to water
- Damage caused by modifying, opening, or attempting to repair the product
- Lost or stolen products
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
The Soil Tester is designed for testing soil. The meter housing should not be submerged in water or other liquids.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
To submit a claim, contact our customer support team with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the problem
- A photo or short video showing the issue, when reasonably requested
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for your replacement or other applicable warranty remedy.
Replacement Policy
For an approved warranty claim, we may, at our discretion:
- Replace the defective product with the same model; or
- Provide a comparable replacement if the original model is no longer available.
Replacement products are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Shipping
Warranty replacement shipping within the United States may be provided free of charge at our discretion. Additional shipping charges may apply for certain locations or international warranty claims.
What “Lifetime” Means
“Lifetime” refers to the reasonable useful life of the product while it remains owned by the original purchaser. The warranty is non-transferable.
Other Legal Rights
This Limited Lifetime Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may also have additional rights under applicable state or federal consumer protection laws.
